How much are the rates on units etc?

We do not get involved in this. Rates and Business Rates for the site can be obtained from Horsham District Council.

Is there any gas on site?

Sorry, there is no mains gas supply in Cowfold.

Is there electricity on site?

We have supplies to all units. Some units are pre-wired inside and some are not. Wiring is normally left to new tenants to choose there energy supplier of EDF, SOUTHERN or EON etc.


