Oakendene Industrial Estate

Oakendene Industrial Estate is set in the West Sussex Countryside offering a wide range of units, compounds, offices and containers to rent at affordable prices.

The estate is open from Monday to Friday between the hours of 6am and 8pm. On Saturdays we are open from 6am till 6pm and we are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Access outside of these hours is negotiable.



24 Hour Security

Your business is safe with us. We have security cameras, alarms and a guard on duty 24 hours a day to ensure your business and producets are safe on site.



We have fully maintained WC facilities on site and also have a daily ‘Truffles Bakery’ food van to provide meals and snacks for those needing an energy boost!

Drop us an email, give us a call or even call in with your requirements and one of our staff will be able to tell you what we have available. If all of our units are taken, we will add you to our waiting list and may be able to recommend a solution until one becomes free.

Contract

Once you find the site that suites your requirments our staff will sign you up. We don’t offer tight contracts – just licence for rental of buildings, office or compounds all at very reasonable rates

Site Visit

If we have some units / compounds available that will suit your needs one of our members of staff will show you around the site and answer any questions you have.

Consultation

Our staff will always be here for you. We have an office on site that is staffed most days so should you have any issue or enquiry just drop in and we will be able to help. Contact numbers are displayed on the door should staff not be on duty when you call.

The Oakendene Industrial Estate is a very pleasant location to run our business. The estate is run in a professional and friendly way, and at an affordable and fair rate. It has good facilities, is well kept, and is in a wonderful location with lakes at each end, and lovely walks all around. It’s not far from Horsham and Burgess Hill, and the A24 and A23 are just short distances away. The estate is open for long hours, and security is excellent when closed.

We have been renting a unit on the estate for nearly 7 years and we are happy we came. The estate itself is security conscious with various cameras and gates that are locked at certain times, which for a business owner on the estate is great. The staff that look after the estate are great, if you ever have any issues, they are on hand to sort the issue, but in all the time we have been here I can honestly say there hasn’t been any. In general it’s a good industrial estate to have a business on.

Excellent, secure storage facilities for ‘almost anything’ from a 20 foot container upwards at very competitive prices. Good 24 hour on site security with access to your storage as you require it between 6 AM and 8 PM Mondays to Fridays, and 6 AM to 6 PM on Saturdays. Easy to set up, with no long term contracts, just a monthly license with invoices emailed direct to the client on a monthly basis. I have had a container for some years on the site, never had any issues, and would certainly recommend the facility.
