Oakendene Industrial Estate is set in the West Sussex Countryside offering a wide range of units, compounds, offices and containers to rent at affordable prices.

 

 

The estate is open from Monday to Friday between the hours of 6am and 8pm.  On Saturdays we are open from 6am till 6pm and we are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.  Access outside of these hours is negotiable.

What we offer:

  • Offices of various sizes  – from 162 sq ft  to 400 sq ft (all have heating and electricity).
  • Units from 672 sqft 2800 sq ft (some with offices built in and some just as shells – all units have an electric supply to them.)
  • Secure Compounds from 640 sq ft to  20000 sq ft – electricity & water can be supplied if required (portable buildings can be put on these sites by contractor or whoever rents them).

No tight contracts – just licence for rental of buildings, office or compounds all at very reasonable rates 

The Industrial Estate was established in 1980 and at least two of the original tenants are still with us.  The estate is a small family run business and we try to maintain a friendly and accomodating working environment.

Situated on the A272 one mile outside the village of Cowfold the site is within 3 miles of the A23/M23 and midway between Gatwick & Brighton which makes London and the ferry ports easily accessible.  The A24 is also within 10 minutes driving distance


Oakendene Trading Estate offers a wide range of basic facilities including:

  • 24hr Security
    The estate is manned 24hrs daily and a security guard sleeps on the premises.  We also have a fully operational alarm system and 16 colour CCTV security cameras which operate at all times
  • On site Cafe
    The onsite cafe is available Monday to Friday and offers quite a wide range of meals and refreshments.
  • WC Blocks
    Seperate WC blocks are available on site for Men & Women and all are fully maintained
